This Privacy Policy applies to the M. De Phocas website located at www.mdephocas.com, and all associated websites linked to www.mdephocas.com by M. De Phocas, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "the Website"). By visiting the Website you are accepting the practices described in M. De Phocas, LLC's ("M. De Phocas") Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into M. De Phocas's Terms and Conditions.
