The process of commissioning a bespoke jewel begins with a detailed consultation with our Creative Directors. You will be offered help and guidance concerning all aspects of your proposed commission, from material selection to its custom design. The design team at M. de PHOCAS then delivers a proposal of your one of a kind custom piece for your approval, before starting to work in the jewelry workshop. The time frame is dependent on the customer's requirements but we generally set a lead-time of eight to twelve weeks. However, once we have a finalized a design, this can be reduced to five weeks.
